Matthew Growdon and research team published article in JAGS
Matthew Growdon, MD, Bocheng Jing, MS, Earl Morris, PharmD, PhD, James Deardorff, MD, John Boscardin, PhD, Amy Byers, PhD, MPH, Ken Boockvar, MD, MS, and Mike Steinman, MD published a paper entitled, "Which older adults are at highest risk of prescribing cascades? A national study of the gabapentinoid–loop diuretic cascade" in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society.
Leah Witt Awarded Geriatric Academic Career Award
Dr. Leah Witt was awarded the four year Geriatric Academic Career Award from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Dr. Witt's project title is: “Beyond the Lung: Integrating Geriatric Principles into Pulmonary Medicine and Creating Aging-Friendly Communities for People with Chronic Lung Disease.”
