Viral Summer: Navigating the Evolving Landscape of COVID-19, H5N1 Influenza, and Measles 

Join Peter Chin-Hong for a timely discussion on the evolving landscape of viral infections, focusing on COVID-19, H5N1 influenza, and measles. This Grand Rounds will cover the latest epidemiological trends, review best practices in clinical management, and highlight prevention strategies. Attendees will leave better equipped to counsel patients, tailor treatment plans, and navigate the shifting viral threats anticipated this summer.

Speaker:

Peter Chin-Hong, MD, is a professor of medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at UCSF Health and serves as the associate dean for UCSF Regional Campuses. He was the founding director of the Immunocompromised Host Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program at UCSF and has received the AME Endowed Chair for Innovation in Teaching, the UCSF Henry J. Kaiser Award for Excellence in Teaching, and the UCSF Bridges Curriculum Foundations Teaching Award for the Class of 2020.
