GI Grand Rounds - "Approach to Lower GI Motility Disorders"
Myung Ko, MD will present "Approach to Lower GI Motility Disorder". Dr. Ko is a gastroenterologist with an interest in gastrointestinal motility disorders, medical education, and geriatric gastroenterology. Her research endeavors include development of a motility curriculum for the gastroenterology fellowship, outcomes of Barrett's esophagus in elderly patients, and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction.
Dr. Ko earned her medical degree at Stanford University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency, Chief Residency, and Gastroenterology Fellowship at UCSF.
Dr. Ko belongs to the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society, and Northern California Society for Clinical Gastroenterology. She is a recipient of ACG Presenter Award and ANMS Fellowship. In her spare time, Dr. Ko enjoys playing the piano, hiking, and indulging in culinary excursions.

Anna Chodos, MD and Sarah Hooper, JD presented at ZSFG/VA Joint Grand Rounds on July 27 on "#FreeBritney: What providers need to know about conservatorship and impaired decision making " The goal was to help providers know how to think through issues surrounding decision-making incapacity, including the utility of measures such as conservatorship. Britney has since achieved some freedoms. (Recording will be available here to people with MyAccess shortly.)
