DOM Fellows' College

The DOM Fellows' College has two main goals: (1) to provide fellows with core, non-specialty-specific content mandated by the ACGME and to help them build careers as leaders in medicine, and (2) to bring our fellows together to enhance their sense of community and belonging. The DOM Fellows' College takes place three times a year in September, January & April. These sessions are open to all ACGME Fellowship programs. Protected time is given to fellows when they attend these sessions. Each session includes some didactics, interactive group work, and is followed by a social activity with co-fellows.
