Krista Harrison published paper in NEJM
Krista Harrison, PhD first authored a perspective in the NEJM titled, "Toward Gerineuropalliative Care for Patients with Dementia." Co-authors include Nicole Boyd and Christine Ritchie, MD, MSPH. This paper argues for a new seamless continuum of care for patients with dementia and their caregiver, addressing major gaps and failings in our current system. The paper is particularly topical given the extensive press and attention paid to anti-amyloid drugs at this time.
