Simon Outram joins DPS as a qualitative analyst and researcher. He will be working with Wayne Steward and Emily Arnold on two different projects. The first is an evaluation of a nine-state, HRSA-sponsored Special Project of National Significance to enhance reporting of an HIV quality measure to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and to support the measure's use to improve quality of care for Medicaid recipients living with HIV. The second project is the CHRP-sponsored HIV Policy Research Center, which conducts rapid response projects to inform HIV policy and programming decisions in California. In his spare time, Simon likes to practice guitar and to take his kids to various playgrounds around the Bay Area.
