Clinical interests: Dr. Shah is a general cardiologist with special training in echocardiography and cardiac imaging. He treats patients on the spectrum of cardiovascular disease with a focus on diseases of the heart valve.

Research interests: Dr. Shah's research focuses on quality improvement efforts to optimize the effectiveness of echocardiography, patient care, and healthcare systems.
