Nader Najafi, MD, MAS

Nader Najafi practices medicine on both the teaching and direct care services at UCSF Parnassus. He directs the Department of Medicine’s Data Core, a group of analysts who provide data acquisition and analysis services for research, quality improvement, medical education, and clinical administration. His academic interest is in modeling observational clinical data for the purpose of statistical inference and predictive analytics.

Nader Najafi completed his Internal Medicine residency training and hospital medicine fellowship training at UCSF. He is the former Associate Director of Quality Improvement for the Division of Hospital Medicine.
