Helen Chen, MD

Volunteer Clinical Professor

Dr. Helen Chen is a Clinician-administrator-educator. She is committed to improving systems of care for older adults and supporting the provision of high quality geriatric medicine care across services and specialties. She is currently the Associate Chief of Staff for Geriatrics, Palliative, and Extended Care at the San Francisco VA Healthcare System. Her principal areas of clinical interest are primary care geriatrics and post-acute care.
