Cristina Brickman, MD

HS Assoc Clinical Professor

Cristina Brickman joined the UCSF Division of Infectious Diseases in 2015 as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine. She practices within both the 360 Wellness Center and the Infectious Diseases Faculty Practice, and attends on the inpatient infectious diseases consultation service at Moffitt-Long Hospital.

During fellowship training, Cristina developed an interest in the interplay between HIV-infection and malignancy and in addressing cancer prevention among people living with HIV (PLWH). As such, she is also a provider at the UCSF Anal Neoplasia Clinic for Research and Education where she pursues research to understand the mechanisms involved in anal cancer development in PLWH.
