Eric Goosby received 2026 UCSF Medal

Ambassador Eric Goosby, professor of medicine in the Division of HIV, Infectious Diseases, and Global Medicine at ZSFG, has devoted his career to transforming HIV/AIDS care and advancing global health, including leading the Ryan White CARE Act program and PEPFAR. UCSF honored Goosby with the 2026 UCSF Medal, the university’s most prestigious award, recognizing his groundbreaking contributions to science, patient care, and public health.
