Welcome Mansi Dabholkar (Student Intern) to the Division!
Please join us in welcoming Mansi Dabholkar (Student Intern) to our UCSF Division of Geriatrics!
Mansi is a third year Anthropology undergraduate student at Tulane University currently learning health sciences research in preparation for a future career in medicine. She is joining our team as a Student Intern working with Dr. Ashwin Kotwal on his research studies aimed at improving the quality of care for older adults. Mansi will be learning how to lead all phases of a quantitative study to understand the impact of strokes in older adults on the mental and social well-being of their spouse. This project will allow her to gain hands-on experience in a quantitative research study with feedback from our research team throughout the summer. Currently, Mansi is working as an Anthropology Research Intern at Tulane University, supporting her professor to discuss data collection objectives and form ethnographic study plans. Prior to Tulane University, she was a hospice volunteer at Stoneridge Hospice. We are very excited to welcome Mansi to our Division! She can be reached at [email protected] and will be stationed at Mission Bay on Tuesdays if you would like to connect with her. Thank you for your attention!
