Dementia Care Aware introducing new eLearning Course!

Dementia Care Aware is introducing a new eLearning Course, Conducting the Cognitive Health Assessment with an Interprofessional Team (FREE 0.5 CE and CME/MOC), that will review strategies for incorporating team members into the cognitive health assessment and how to introduce screening tools to patients and their care partners in a way that normalizes the assessment.
