Anna Chodos presented at UCSF's Memory and Aging Center's Grand Rounds

On Friday, July 14th, Anna Chodos MD, MPH, presented Grand Rounds at UCSF's Memory and Aging Center on "Earlier Detection, Better Care: The case in California for earlier detection of dementia in primary care."  She presented on the benefits of earlier detection, and she highlighted work of the Dementia Care Aware program and the rollout of healthcare policy opportunities that are promoting earlier detection in primary care.

Advance Directives: Counseling Guide For Lawyers

In collaboration with the PREPARE team, AAHPM, the UCSF/UC Hastings Consortium on Law, Science & Health Policy, and the ABA Commission on Law and Aging released a new advance care planning guide for lawyers supported by The John A. Hartford Foundation and The Borchard Foundation Center on Law and Aging. This guide directs lawyers to the PREPARE website and easy-to-read advance directives.
