Stephanie Rogers and Alex Smith Promoted!

Congratulations to Drs. Stephanie Rogers and Alex Smith on being promoted to Associate Professor and Full Professor respectively!

Stephanie Rogers, MD was promoted to Associate Professor (retroactive to July 2020). This past year, Dr. Rogers continued to grow the Age-Friendly Health System at UCSF and is working with others to start the Geriatrics ED at Parnassus.  

Alex Smith, MD was promoted to Full Professor (retroactive to July 2019).  This past year, Dr. Smith received the Thomas and Catherine Yoshikawa Award for Excellence in Scientific Achievement, a K24 mid-career mentoring award from the NIA, and with Eric Widera, a grant from Archstone Foundation to support the growth of the GeriPal Podcast.
