CORE-Residency stands for Community, Opportunity, Recognition, and Engagement in Residency. We are an active group of residents and faculty committed to building community, fostering mentorship and opportunity, and creating spaces where all residents in our program can thrive. Through peer connection, small group dinners, and larger community-building events, the CORE-Residency group has been central to the mentorship and support of our residents. CORE-Residency is one way to find a “family within a family” in our residency. The group and its activities are open for everyone in the residency to join.

Our residents are the heart of our program, and we are proud of the robust resident leadership within CORE-Residency. Throughout the year, our residents run active committees for recruitment, community, well-being, and mentorship. We invite you to learn more about the CORE-Residency Group!
