Dear Colleagues,
The Department of Medicine has made great progress in implementing our Strategic Plan since over 100 faculty and staff crafted the Plan in 2009. http://medicine.ucsf.edu/strategicplan/domstrategicplan-execsumm.pdf
On September 14, 64 Department leaders met to review our progress and to sketch out our next steps. We discussed questions central to our future, including the following:
