Faculty and academic researchers in the Department of Medicine are nationally distinguished leaders in their fields of study, which include disease prevention and intervention research; healthcare disparities; translational research and clinical trials; bioinformatics; and laboratory-based research. Our divisions are home bases for faculty that also allow them access to contiguous fields of interest in research, education, and patient care.
