Research: CFTR based drug discovery of secretory diarrhea, polycystic kidney disease, and cystic fibrosis; non-absorbable/absorbable anti-diarrhea drugs; CFTR inhibitors & modulators; lead based drug optimization & SAR studies; pharmacology-pharmacokinetics & drug metabolism; biology of chloride transport; fluorescent chloride indicators; organic synthesis
