ProGrESS PCS: Program for Growth, Enhancement, Sustainability, and Success of Palliative Care Services
ProGrESS PCS is a new program developed by UCSF to assist established palliative care programs to thrive and expand. UCSF’s expert multidisciplinary faculty have successfully trained over 90 US hospitals in the fundamentals of launching a hospital-based palliative care program through the Palliative Care Leadership CentersSM (PCLC) program. ProGrESS PCS is a 2-day seminar in which teams or individual members of established palliative care programs will learn the skills necessary to successfully manage the challenges of sustaining and growing a palliative care service. Conference curriculum includes:
• Financial Analyses for the Growing Program
Understand and use analyses appropriate to the scope and goals of your palliative care service.
• Supporting Program Growth with Clinical, Operational and Satisfaction Data
Learn how to collect, manage, and analyze different types of data to sustain or expand your palliative care program.
