Sanjay Shah, M.D. is a Clinical Instructor within the Hospital Medicine in the Department of Medicine. He attended UC Irvine College of Medicine, and successfully completed residency in Internal Medicine at the University of California San Francisco. During residency, he engaged in the realm of informal teaching and mentorship to interns and medical students while serving on inpatient service. Dr. Shah is a member of the AOA Honor’s Society and Association of Pathology Chairs Honors Society.
He is currently on the Cardiology Hospitalist Service team following-up on patients and spending a minimum of 150 hours per year teaching nurses, students, and resident physicians. Dr. Shah’s areas of interest include heart failure, general internal medicine, and cardiology.
