Rebecca Nessel earned a BS in Biopsychology at University of Michigan and went on to graduate from Northwestern Univeristy Medical School. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine/Primary Care here at UCSF. During residency, she served as a Ambulatory/Administrative Chief Resident for a two-month block which include coordinating conferences and events, leading weekly practice reports, and many other assigned tasks. She is currently a practicing hospitalist at Mt Zion and attends on the medical services at Moffitt Long Hospital.
