Rachel Fogel, M.D. is Clinical Instructor within the Hospital Medicine in the Department of Medicine. She completed her pre-medical coursework in San Francisco Stat University, and earned her MD degree at John Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2004. She finished her residency in Primary Care Internal Medicine at the University of California San Francisco.
She is currently attending on the BMT/CRI Cardiology Hospitalist team on inpatient services. Dr. Fogel is taking responsibilities in examining and diagnosing patients, analyzing x-rays, prescribing medications, and following-up on patients care of their medical conditions. Also, she will spend a minimum of 150 hours per year teaching nurses, students, and resident physicians.
