Please note: All infrastructure projects are handled as time permits. Customers paying for monthly service get priority.

• Installation, configuration, or maintenance of non-supported devices (e.g., laptop, desktop, smartphone)
• Non-supported email account configuration or maintenance
• Home computers (either by phone or brought in to one of our offices)

Recharge

• For large projects, the initial meeting is not charged. This allows the project team to review the scope, requirements, and project schedule. Following this meeting, the staff will send a summary with scope, requirements, deadlines, and an estimate of time, hardware and software needed for this project.
• Upon approval of the proposal, DPA and fund will have to be approved by Accounting.
• Changes in the project scope will have to be reviewed and may incur additional costs.
